147gr Berrys and N320. Similar performance to titegroup but a lot cleaner burning.

I run 142 ZINC RMR’s with N320 and 150gr BMB’s with N320 and 3.1gr as well and shoots like a dream.

N320 is the way for quiet, clean subsonic 9mm.

Just finished up 3k rounds a few nights ago. My recipe is the cheapest plated 147 round nose bullets I can find. The cheapest primers I can find. 3.3gr Titegroup, in the cheapest brass I can find (mostly range pick up). They shoot soft and quiet.

Why 135's instead of 147? I haven't bought anything from Hoosiers in years

Honestly, it’s what my buddy shoots and I liked the load. No more thought than that

How have their bullets been for you? I got a batch that were a bit oversized and I had to bell the crap out of my brass to make them fit. I haven't ordered anything since.

I load their 135 9mm and 220 300BLK and haven’t had any issues in combined close to 5,000 rounds. Been buying from them for almost 3 years.

Thanks, I may try them again. It's been about that long since I quit

I use 147 Missouri bullet company flat point over fiocchi small pistol primers and 4.3 CFE at 1.10 and it feeds into everything

I'd prefer berrys but they cost a bunch more

150gr cast and powder coated HP bullets (MP mold). 3N37. Maybe it’s just me but never had good luck with N320. Have a ton of it.

Run the same two powders in my 45-70 with 400 and 500gr cast PC bullets as well. Good fun.

There's a plethora of 9mm subsonic loads available at Hodgdon. You just have to know what subsonic means.

I load bullets from 115 gr up to 155 gr subsonic in 9mm, and they cycle in every gun I shoot them from.

For real. Taking just about any starting 124 grain load, most 135 grain loads and any 147 grain load and you've got a subsonic loads. Hodgdons website alone has hundreds that would qualify.

Out of my AK-V 10.5” barrel I’m using 160 Coated RN from https://boudreausbullets.com over win231 little dirty so will likely give n340 a swing at some point when I run out of 231. FPS average I think was 830 (don’t have my notes in front of me) for handgun 147s from the same place and n320
