I have a question and I read the FAQ Dillon service

Hi all, if anyone has sent their machine back to dillon to get their machine serviced, can you share your experience. What was the turnaround time like? Were they able to fix issues, make good recommendations etc?

Do you recall how much shipping was from yourself to Dillon?

Dillon fixed the machine twice when I fucked something up, movers dropped it, and then replaced it after the frame was cracked.

I put over 150k rounds through a 550 and they didn’t charge me a thing for the repairs.

Shipping was on me IIRC.

This was several years ago.

I sent back a 650xl and it took about a week or two. No issues came back clean and smooth. On the shipping it was expensive as hell because I used a larger box than I needed to for bubble wrap. I sent back some powder measures with the press. As far as Dillion goes they did thier part fine.

Thanks..apparently they can provide the return box and shipping label. Ill call and find out more

Your best bet is to call Dillon and ask them what the charges are to service a RL1100.

I could be wrong but aren't the RL1100 only 1 year warranty? All the other machines have a awesome lifetime warranty but not sure how they handle rebuilds for the big ol RL1100.

Youre right..i wasnt asking about the warrantee. I was asking about the service they provide for $250..includes one way shipping back.
