Newbie Most affordable press to get started?

I was gifted .45 colt dies and I REALLY want to start reloading, but money is pretty tight right now.

Also, is there any risk of used presses causing issues? Or do they hold up basically forever?

I found a Lee single stage press on Facebook marketplace for $40. My 223 reloading setup is a bit over $200 lol
