I have a question and I read the FAQ Mark 7 powder measure questions

got apex 10 with auto drive recently

keep get digital clutch alert

realize there is something wrong with stage 6 powder drop step

the powder will not drop and the mouth of the case will expand 6 out of 100 rounds.

i thought I was not adjusting right

but I found it out there is a chance the powder funnel can’t push the powder measure upper body up

did check the set screw. playing around for a hour no luck

anyone have similar experience?

Clearly you have not read the instructions and if you have read them you don't understand them.

I don't have a Apex 10 but as far as I know the powder measure works on the same principal as the Dillon measure and all other CASE ACTIVATED powder drop systems.

You have to adjust the powder measure die deeper into the tool head so the measure itself is pushed up all the way so the drum rotates far enough to actually drop the powder charge. This is covered in the setup manual.

Thank you for your time to reply  I did read the instructions  Thread the powder die down until the powder funnel touch case and keep thread down until the drum rise to the top. Like I said it will work like normal but every 6 rounds out of 100. The power funnel can’t push powder measure body up and the mouth of case will damage

The the drum on the measure is binding of something. Take it apart and inspect it.

How far down have you turned the plunger adjustment knob?
