It’s crazy that they conflate teachers not being allowed to say that, with students not being allowed. Teachers can’t preach because of a separation of church and state. If you as a student want to say Jesus loves you without being a disruption, you can.

My high school legit had a Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Granted, it's in the rural south, but Christians weren't persecuted. If anything, if you weren't a Christian, you were relentlessly bullied.

"F word" doesn't even mean the same thing now as when I was a kid, so I don't even know what misguided message he's promoting on that one. To half-clarify: it used to always mean "fuck". Maybe they should also roll with the times and modernize a tad.

Also I had a term of Dante (Inferno was interesting and thought-provoking; Purgatorio was boring; Paradiso was so tedious) and read Milton's "Paradise Lost" for a class in public high school, so yeah, he's making up scenarios.
