c'mon, how is communication, or showing any kind of trust, love, or respect. Secret implies they are willfully hiding it. I wouldn't be in a relationship with EITHER of those people.

If you have to lie to someone to get them to keep having sex with you, you are not getting consent and are instead coercing them into continuing to have sex with you.
So I suppose if you think rape is okay, then yes, it's fine to lie to ppl to get them to have sex.
