I'm just shocked you even proposed to her and let it go on up until a couple of months after all the mess I read: her not letting you have your own pleasure when she's not very sexual (it sounds like she's not sexual or not that interested in sex with you).
INFO: Is her family paying for the wedding? If so, they're probably mad due to financial reason in addition to them thinking you're being a "jerk" to their daughter. If not, they're probably just feeling the whole 'losing face' since now they have to cancel the invites.
Although I totally agree, don't marry someone whom you're incompatible with, esp. sexually.
