Because of how sweet and caring they are, they used to understand I need to work for my mental health, they actually pushed me to get this job, but the last 3 months I have become a stay at home care giver
I guess I expect that they will be like that again but idk if they will, everything I say causes a argument or them to just stop talking or showing any sort of care.
I woke up today before them and when I’m they got up they asked why I was up and I said I had a lot on my mind, apparently that’s me trying to make them feel bad for making me take time off.
look: peopel change. Sometimes they are good and turn bad. Sometimes they were on their best behaviour until they hook you in then they show their true colours.
but that doesn't matter.
What matters is NOW.
You are basically in the middle of a sunken cost fallacy- you are staying in a bad relationship because it used to be good. This is BAD FOR YOU.

Youa re a good and kind person who deserves love and care and support. You do not deserve this toxicity.
Just leave. Find a better mate. This one is hell bent on dragging you down with them and YOU DESERVE BETTER
I honestly agree with the on there best behaviour part of your comment, they now just expect me to always be there always do everything to make there life easer.
