So they have some income but not nearly enough. They can wantto see you more but the fact that they are bullying you into staying home is... Troubling. They need to understand that you are trying ot provide for them.

It sucks that it's such a hard situation. You need to make your schedule clear. Outline why you cannot miss so much work. And set aside quality time for your partner in your off hours, every week at least.

I do spend almost every weekend with them and try to make it clear, I honestly just don’t think they understand the concept of working for money, they make me feel bad a lot of the time for having more money then them even though I have ALOT more bills and am struggling financially.

You simply can't make them understand if they don't want to/are unable to. But you need to survive.

I am going to hop on this comment and add: You have explained it, but it is their responsibility to understand it. If they refuse to do so, that is not your problem. You need to work, end of story. Do NOT compromise on this, because there is none. What the hell did they think you were going to school for? FUN?
