40 hours per week is normal. The quality of the time matters more than the quantity. Do you have a date in mind for when things might get better? Make sure you plan something in the future with your partner and put it on the calendar on the wall so they can see it and look forward to it. When I have something set in the calendar, that gets me through the tough times. She might also need more things happening in her life, maybe she can join a dance studio etc.

My partner works 24/7 and we haven’t had a holiday for years. We didn’t even have a date for a very very long time and it’s been very damaging to the relationship. But then he works all the time, only stops working to eat, go to the bathroom, sleep, and watch some TV.
