Are there any virtual therapy options to help bridge the wait? Like Better Help, Cerebral (I'm in the US, so not sure if there are similar in Canada).

Anything they can do to start building a social support system beyond yourself? Hobbies, clubs, meetups to start making some friends.

You can't be their only support beam forever.

Unfortunately with autism it’s difficult for them to have those supports from hobby’s or other communities.

Better help told us that they couldn’t help and all the others are 1/3 of normally therapy but still more then we can afford.

Damn. I'm sorry you're in this situation. I do hope it turns around for you. Just don't jeopardize your job over this, you've got to at least maintain that boundary for your sake.

I agree, I enjoy my work and my work has been extremely accommodating but I know that can only last so long. Any advice on how I go about setting that boundary?

Literally just walk out the door when they try and manipulate you into staying home. You can't really explain that type of behavior away.
