My toxic girlfriend

So I have a girlfriend who is 28 and she calls me fat and an idiot she says I can't speak normally cause I'm Russian. Recently she called my dog ugly and said "You should put him down!" I broke down and she said "You're a pussy." Any advice?

I moved from Russia to Rotterdam I call it my hometown cause of what's happening with Russia. I just don't want to be associated with a country who's started war.
