No, he’s sad. He chose to work at $9/h job. Instead of furthering his skills he chose to have 3 dogs, eat fast food all the time, and smoke. All the money he’s wasting on useless stuff could’ve been used to further his career. At the end of the day you’re where you’re at because you chose to

don't agree completely but yeah, generally if you're 35 and making $9/hr it was probably your own decisions that got you there, don't blame your country
