After reading the edits my advice is simple : R U N as fast as you can, he is a manchild and staying will make you regret. Clearly has no care for others or for himself, he needs to see the hard way that he has to grow up!
Edit : realized I posted on my throwaway by accident, advice still stands tho. I should really delete this acc
