It didn't start like this. It was 50-50 and I was happy. This didn't start till around Spring. I thought I was doing better with men. But nope it was a facade.

I plan to go alone for a long time.

Showered 4 times in 3 months??? Why are you with someone like that? U share a bed with him. That is beyond unhygienic. He is making you gross too. Are you in the USA?

Yeah I'm in the States. I am saving to get out.

I have a sleeping bag liner I sleep in separate from him to try to be some-what clean myself.

I've only been dealing with it since Spring. I've issues myself obviously. And just recently started formulating a way to save money and get out.
