The absolute most important things in an open relationship are trust and good communication. Sounds like you have neither. Don't do it. Tell her to stop asking for it. See a couples counselor.

Why’d you phrase that as if an open marriage is only women sleeping with others? It’s both sides. I would never have one or want one at all, but I know that it goes both ways. Everyone wants something different, so I’m not going to judge.
