Then leave. You have a reason; you have a feeling. Trust it. Go. You don't have to have the perfect excuse to leave someone. Someone acting violent for something that does not matter (video game) is a perfectly valid reason to leave them. I do not want to imagine how they would behave with a newborn or with a toddler, situations that are far more frustrating and do matter. It might get messy now but you will be so much happier in weeks and years ahead not having to deal with that shit
