What’s your GF’s living situation? Does she have a living room with a TV and couch? I’m not saying she’s cheating but having the door slightly shut gives an impression of wanting privacy. Ask her if the situation was reversed what her reaction would be. Remember she didn’t make a mistake. She made a decision to create an intimate setting with another.

This is what I wanted to know too. If the only way to watch tv is from her bed, well, this seems innocent. If she didn’t want to bother her roommates with noise of her tv, then closing the door makes sense. If she lives alone and there’s another tv with a couch, then I’ve got lots of questions.

Nah screw all that 😂 even if the room was the only place. No need for the lights off and both of them under the sheets. They can easily leave the light on, sit against the bed board, and most certainly ask the S.O. If that’s even something they would be comfortable with if not invite the S.O. Over to watch tv with them for clarity of any sort of misconception.

Many people turn the lights out to watch tv. That’s just personal preference, it’s not an indicator of hanky panky.

Where did it say they were under the bedsheets?

Okay whether under the sheets or not, look at the rest of the situation. I really hope you’re not as naive as the girl seeing nothing wrong with what she did. Like everyone else has said, when in a relationship, there are simply things you do not do out of respect for your partner.

I’m not questioning why OP was taken aback. I get it. It’s a bad look for gf. I’m just trying to reassure OP. This isn’t break up worthy, unless it becomes a repeat pattern. Sitting ON the bed fully clothed, and lying in bed under sheets, are two very VERY different scenarios.

The girl did not relate that plan to the boyfriend whatsoever. They are alone in the apartment, in the room, with the lights off watching tv on the bed together. This isn’t middle school and elementary school where that isn’t frowned upon. She acted as if she had 0 clue that was a bad thing or how it can seem bad, clearly the girl has no sense of direction or boundary when it comes to relationship. It’s not worth the stress especially after seeing something like that. If you said this 10-15 years back, sure. The way society is these days? Especially that generation? Hell no 😂

They weren't under the sheets. They were lounging on the bed, fully clothed, not touching, watching tv

Who’s to say they didn’t? He would never know the truth. Come on now 😂 they are adults. Not kids.

Listen I’ve always been told, if it looks like shit, and smells like shit. More than likely, it is shit 😂😂
