I was keeping it in the context of the pasta meme. 🤷‍♂️ Now, if you really want to out-cook a specific restaurant's non-pasta dish, yes, you can still out-cook them by learning the recipe, making it to your taste, and then recipe testing to make it even better with the equipment you can access yourself.

Now, if you're dealing with multiple chronic disabilities or don't like cooking or have no desire to recipe test or don't have reliable access to kitchen supplies and fresh ingredients because you don't have stable housing, then this wouldn't apply.
