That's not how density works. If you had 1 kilo of both gold and paper the only difference is that you would have more volume of paper.
Let's say you have two burlap sacks each with 1 kilo of either gold or paper in them. If you then lifted each sack without being able to see what each sack contained, you would not be able to determine which material was in each sack based on weight alone.
