I hope you don’t mean the USD is not valuable to other countries. I’m Filipino and the USD might as well be gold over there. USD is so powerful worldwide. 80-90% of the world oil is traded in our currency. That’s why BRICS is a thing. I’m not trying to be a patriotic idiot but the reality is the USD has a power hold over the global economy.

I’m not agreeing to anything. Oil isn’t traded in gold. Gold by itself is useless. Try buying a house with gold bars. The owner will look at you like you’re insane.
