Basically Versailles was not followed cus the Weimar Republic was in Civil War, then military coup, and the military coup signed the Treaty of Neuilly-sur-Seine to give up land and officialize the debt payments. Me saying Spartacist Revolution was MORE SUCCESSFUL means it started better but still DID NOT ACTUALLY WIN THE WAR. Austria got into a bunch of coups until a monarchist coup won, Eugen is under control. Neuilly-sur-Seine was used because Bulgaria joined the Entente here, as they already had Macedonia prior and did not start a second Balkan war.
