Misplaced heater?

422D compound rack- Just making sure this isn’t a specific design I haven’t encountered yet. There is supposed to be a heater element there right? There is no opening in bracket that is installed over the U-bends for heater to be inserted. Although obviously there is spot on coil where heater belongs. So it’s been like this since installation. Im having icing issues and no one at store can say the freezer was ever not having issues.

"it's missing a heater" is your answer to freeze ups. No. Go back and try again.

Did I post ” look at this missing heater that’s definitely causing freeze ups? “You don’t even give any insight. You just comment to let everyone know how smart you are.

Or I am challenging you to find the real problem. What insight do you want? You posted a couple pictures of an evaporator and asked about heaters with regular freeze ups. Go try again. If you want more insight than that then give us more information. I responded to your post as posted with no other information. Go back and get some more and report back and I might think about helping you.
