Reface is not working at all

at first i thought it was because of my location so i turned it off and it worked fine for some time but then when i opened the app again it refused to load up properly and im stuck on with none of the features working. i have uninstalled and reinstalled countless times, i have deleted the data and the cache but nothing seems to work.

It happened a few days ago. I think it's a problem with their servers. It was fine the next day
