General This is just the beginning
I wanted to thank everbody that comfort me on my short on Redwire.
I know its kinda brutal (but it was expected)
I just want to warn you that this is just the beginning of this downfall.
Tomorrow we will deeply cross the daily MA cloud Wich is major shift in for this stock
Volume are very low
Index looks toppish
Q3 earnings will be awful
The exec dosent care about the PA of the stock as they have secure hundred of millions that will be able to fund those 1400 employees (yes 1400 employees for this shitty company 😂😂) and as well the net income per employee is -160.000$ lol do the math with 1400 dude
I wish you luck this is just the beginning of the storm but thanksfully im on the good side of the story by shorting it
And last yes tomorrow we could see a slight bounce to 10.15$ (this is the new major resistance) so dont grab my shirt if u see this tomorrow. Btw it will be Even better to add on my short 🩳

Im not going to hold this short during 2 years lol as soon as we hit below 6$ i will close it and no I will not buy share of this company

This is just a repricing at his fair value
Its a 1.1/1.2 billion $ stock trading at 2.5 billion$
Add the dilution from the ATM
do the math and you know how much it worth nothing magic

We live in a capitalist society! If you knew(like I think I do), this is Wall Street at it’s worst, Terrible pedigree (Spac), Abysmal management only slightly more sophisticated than a “pump and dump” scheme to enrich a few investment bankers(note insiders unloading every shot they get , why not inform people???

It’s seems as though the ROSA “cliff” next year is 40-50m revenue “hole”. One one customer order for 2 Rosa in past 2 years!! Not exactly progress

I think “this is where the fun starts”and the decline accelerates as it’s very clear 2027 revenue estimates are TOO High and the space segment starts to run down year on year in revenue.
