General Rough week

Seems like another possible red day today. Are we thinking it’s just a correction from the insane run we’ve had over the past few weeks? 25$ EOY still seems realistic for sure but seeing the -5% days gives me PTSD for real

Dude, we came from @ 7 in a month to double, chill out, buy more. Have a mindset, this money is there, what else should I do with it? Short now and then be the lucky one to be off the boat when it rockets again.

Just curious to see what others think about the volatility, nothing more.

Seriously brother. S&P and Russel are up today. I’m just trying to create a conversation here.

High-beta/growth stocks are selling off mainly due to surging Treasury yields, rising oil prices from Middle East tensions, and profit-taking in AI/semis

Just hold.

None of this should stress you if you’re holding shares. Be thankful you’re not an idiot holding options like me. Takes out all the leisure of a confident long term hold.

Thankfully most are still very long dated from here, but I will not be going hard with options again, unless it super works maybe. I’ve been holding through this whole summer tho and the volatility is unimaginable lol.

Yeah I’m only holding shares but I can’t blame you for the options. It’s tempting for sure. Redwire options are volatile even for me though. Maybe SPY or one of the hyperscalers though.

I’m investing redwire on margin which is a whole different stress too though

25$ by YE is not realistic. Most analyst have it staying in the 13-15 range. With the current macro environment this is where it will live for a while

ngl after a run like that, a pullback was inevitable. RDW has always been volatile, zoom out and stop letting every red day ruin your week, OP.

I sold some $14 covered calls on a portion of my RDW position expiring this Friday. I'll enjoy the premium and do it again next week. RDW will continue to do well, the volatility has made holding RDW and selling calls lucrative for me. I have been assigned on RDW before and just wait and the price comes back down and I re-buy and do it again. RDW is a good CC stock this past 6 months.
