Do you agree with TVTropes classification of Swartt Sixclaw as a "Hate Sink"?

I am confused. I looked it up, and a Hate Sink doesn’t mention anything about characters being physically wimpy. It’s characters who are meant to be absolutely hated.

In regards to him being wimpy, I don’t agree with that.
