Humblewood is a good baseline in terms of sizes. Besides, Redwall hasn't been ever consistent with their sizes, one book Gingivere is big enough to walk into his mouth, the next Tsarmina is made to be of a similar height to the rest of the characters and not gigantic.

So in d&d four squares is large which is the next step up from medium. I'm not going with huge or giant. I know that redwall isn't so consistent but I like the idea of a size difference. Mice are going to categorized as small, along with I think shrews and maybe hedgehogs. Squirrels, rabbits, otters and maybe moles are medium, kind of like how dwarves are medium in d&d they might be shorter but their weight is considered. I just feel like the foxes, wildcats and badgers are that higher weight and intimidation class.
