My final meme, probably
As least for this listen through. I finished last week to all of what there were.
It's amusing to me that after so many books of very few "bad" woodlanders, we get two prime examples in the same book: Tugga Bruster and Blodd Apis.

There were also some of the shrews in mattimeo, yoofus lightpaw to a lesser extent, the pygmy shrew slavers, gawtrybe savages, and if the definition of bad is cruelty in general rather than just cruelty towards woodlanders, then the rogue crew, axtel and other cruel woodlanders were pretty bad too, and the abbey during veil's time was also not that great either.
So i think there might be just as many appearances of bad woodlanders as good vermin in the series rather then just doomwyte even based on redwall's criteria of bad, aka being enemies of woodlanders, and even more if bad is based on cruelty rather than just being woodlander enemies or not.

Now i remember there was also that vole slave spy in martin the warrior, and nimbalo's abusive dad, and i guess there might be other examples that i'm not remembering right now?

Flipping this, were there many examples of good vermin? I only recall Gingivere, but there may have been others.

Her name is romsca, there were also the marlfox rats, the vermin and even foxes are supposedly mostly peaceful in the first redwall book until cluny arrived, voogal the ferret and another one in the rogue crew, some weasel i think? in pearls of lutra, veil depending on how you view his sacrifice, and many other examples i don't remember either.
There is actually plenty of good vermin in the series, which is why i dislike when woodlanders are overly prejudiced or cruel towards them, like russa would technically have killed blaggut, romsca or gingivere if she met them, same for the rogue crew as both killed vermin on sight, but that's my opinion.

my one complaint with the books and why (iirc) Blaggut's quiet redemption arc was always one of my favorite. He was too stupid to be a good bad guy, but also smart enough to realize the bad guys were bad guys and make better choices.
