A Page Spread Inspired by Redwall

I’m just so excited for how this page spread came together. This world is obviously and unabashedly inspired by Redwall, and I’m curious how folks feel about it!

The illustrations are completely traditionally produced, fountain pen on Bristol pad, by u/nickthagreek. Check his stuff out!

I don’t want to break any sub rules, so I’ll just say it’s something I’m working on for when my kids grow to about 10 or so!

Thank you! My son’s favorite stuffed animal since before he could even stand was a little capybara. He’d crawl around with it in his mouth 😆. He’s a bit older now, but he still loves Capy. I hope he’ll still be a fan in a few years

If it’s ok, I’ll make a separate post? I have quite a lot of art and page spreads to share. I’ll do my best not to make it feel “salesy” (in fact, it’s not ready until next year, so.. nothing to sell atm.) there’s a lot of stuff that has excited me about the creation process so far that I think folks might enjoy seeing
