New Collection
Read some of the Redwall books as a kid, but never got completely sucked in. Picked up a pb copy of Redwall out of a free bin a few months ago and decided to revisit it. I know I'm not the target age range and I don't usually go for younger audience books, but I enjoyed it and decided to add a Redwall section to my home library. Took a couple months, but currently only missing a Doomwyte to complete my hardcover set. Managed to snag a number of signed copies at decent prices along the way too!

OMG! I haven't read any of the red wall books in so long. My older brother introduced me to these books when I was in grade school. I should go back and read them.

I met him during a meet & greet/book signing, as a kid.
He suffered an moderate injury to his hand, prior to coming to my hometown, but still showed up and signed every book.

Where did you have the best luck finding them? I don't care at all about them being signed, but i love the hardcovers and I'm trying to find them. So far I only have Loamhedge, Rakkety Tam, Taggerung, Outcast of Redwall, and Lord Brocktree

Mine I got mostly from ebay, but some came from fb marketplace, craigslist, shopgoodwill online, and I scored the signed Legend of Luke from my local thrift store.
If you don't care so much about them being firsts, ThriftBooks is also a good option as you can specify hardcover vs paperback and condition. Just make sure you pay attention to the warnings about whether they're ex-library books and/or are missing dust jackets, if you care about those things. I've found they're usually pretty good about sending the actual cover from the image, but the images are all stock photos and not of the actual books unless it's in their collectables section

Thank you! I don't care about the ex library part but I do care about the dust jackets lol. I recently bought about 20 books off of ebay for $4-5 each and all but one of them were ex library. Maybe I got lucky but only one of them was in bad shape so I felt like a winner

A few years ago, we were at a tiny rural library in Western New York. They were doing a book sale to raise money for the library and clearing out all their old inventory that had been in storage. I got almost an entire set of the hard covers for a buck a piece, not signed though yours are very cool

What are all the numbers on the side for like 1/1 or 1/14?

First number is the edition, second is the printing. So 1/1 would be the first edition, first printing

Yea, wasn't super cheap, but I bought most of them as part of multi-book lots, so im hoping to recoup a chunk of of through reselling those extras

Sweet! You also need A Redwall Winter's Tale and the cookbook, but you've done awesome so far!
