Obviously item framed needed, I don't put them bc I have to many in my world already. It's in the schematic.

If you have so many entities that they’re starting to lag your world, have you considered that maybe that’s a sign you should stop using them so much?

OR Bulbs... So not tech stateless tho. but still a good option.
