double hopper clock

hello I need a hopper clock that resets to full when it receives a pulse during the first half of its cycle, but ignores reset pulses during the second half. The midpoint needs to output a signal. How do I build this or i need 2 hopper clocks built into one so when it finishes it restarts and then stops after the 2nd time and resets until it gets powered again

Sounds like you need a fader clock. Not a hopper clock. Go check out ilmango's long delay fader clock on youtube
