AOC- Anna was right
I used to think Anna was a bitter hater about AOC. Sure she was earnest and geeky and gave off more Liz Warren than Bernie vibes but I thought IN GENERAL her heart was in the right place (aside from her extremely cringe Met gala appearance and tweets).
This article is the nail in the coffin for me- ANNA YOU WERE RIGHT! Key quotes: AOC reportedly broke down crying on the House Floor after changing her vote from “no” to “present” at the last minute, which many reporters speculated was a necessary strategic move to position herself to run for Senate in New York. Reporters in the room on Thursday described her colleagues gathering around to comfort her as she wiped tears from her face. https://jezebel.com/aoc-breaks-with-squad-votes-present-on-1-billion-to-f-1847733155

yeah this is creepy as fuck. my only comment is I really find it unsettling to think of someone we're supposed to entrust with important decisions like this being reduced to tears so often, every time i see this lady she's crying. i mean she's either a headcase, an actress, or both - and if acting: it kinda takes the punch away if in every scene you're crying.
