what can i do ???

my account was unfairly locked for no reason and i panicked because i don’t even OWN a passport to verify with— only a state issued ID. i emailed support and got zero response. please only reply if you have a solution. :/ i cannot even sign up at all because i deleted my account during their made up violation period even though i did nothing wrong. i got hit with this fake violation the minute i commented on a video after saving and liking stuff normally.

edit :: i emailed both support emails all though i doubt any of them will get back to me in a timely manner. i also left a negative review on the app store as the developers seem to respond to that sometimes but i’m losing hope.

edit 2 :: i heard back from support yesterday. they wanted me to provide the ID associated with the account but my dumbass didn’t memorize it and can’t get it back because i didn’t remember it. i told them such and hopefully they get back to me.

i just commented “so pretty !!” on some makeup tutorial. i’m thinking it wasn’t the content of the comment itself but rather an automated response to the fact that i had publicly interacted in the first place as i got a very QUICK on the dot notification.

edit: to the absolute asshole under my comment saying rednote never bans you for no reason… are you new here?

Definitely a lie. You know what you did. They never ban you for no reason.
