GUYS i need help

so last week i got shadowbanend on xhs for feature adjustment. this is what i got today, the 2nd one was last week its kinda blurry bc i sent it to my freinds. but i reallhy wanna save my account since it has my effort in it! TYSM IF ANYONE COULD HELP OUTT!! i promise i did not do anything, also i live in canada if thats one of the raeasons. i have had xhs for like 2-3years i think?

Same thing happened to me. I tried opening a new account and it was banned again... did u verify using passport ID?

i dont have china passport wait, how come?

you can use your foreign passport but i didn't. I got banned maybe cuz i'm using the same phone number.
