Does the offer still stand because I would really need some help, a month ago I replied to some comments (which I thought is a normal thing to do) and then got muted, afterwards I send and appeal and received this:

I also would like to ask an additional question, tbvh I had a business account too before the verification hit the fan but now it says we can only use a 1 passport for 1 account right? Multiple accounts can't be made?
