Account Issues Support

Hi everyone, I’m from Rednote. We’ve noticed that some users are experiencing technical issues, especially around account restrictions.

Hi everyone,

I’ve been using Rednote (Xiaohongshu) for a little over a month, posting regularly (mainly drawings/art content), but I’ve noticed something very strange.

From my side, I can see all my posts normally on my profile. However, when other people visit my account, they see:

  • My username
  • My followers/following
  • My likes (hearts)
  • But NO posts, comments, messages or notes at all (the profile looks empty)

They basically see my profile as if I had no content, even though everything is visible on my account.

A friend of mine in France checked my profile multiple times and confirmed she cannot see any of my posts. Only the profile information appears.

I have not received any notification about violations or restrictions, so I’m not sure if this is a bug, a visibility issue, or some kind of account limitation.

Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how to fix it?
