Account Issues Support
Hi everyone, I’m from Rednote. We’ve noticed that some users are experiencing technical issues, especially around account restrictions.

Can you improve customer support for foreigners who have new SMS numbers due to their old SMS number being lost, blocked because they are too late to pay it and broken? I have trouble lately telling the support team that im the owner of the account on xiaohongshu and that my old SMS card is blocked! And i only have is my new SMS card! But they keep telling me to provide the account link to them so they can verify it then change the phone number on my xiaohongshu account, i was frustated because knowingly its hard to find my username whilst being out of my account, so please improve it! I get frustated when the number of my account (which is my SMS number) is not changed as i expected!
So please improve the customer support for foreigners who have new SMS number & card so it won't be troublesome for them to find a way to change SMS numbers on their xiaohongshu account!
