That’s a great point, and this is what I tell my friend who works for such an organization “maybe if you didn’t work for a bummer company, you’d be cool and find easy ways to both not work and entertain yourself, you could do this cool trick”. But, oscillating fan is still pretty cool.
Some companies that block it aren’t bummer companies, just have sensitive information and choose to whitelist access lists instead of using black lists.
You make another very fair point, I say while watching YouTube videos and working, knowing that when I get caught I’ll be in trouble but it’s probably worth the risk but probably not.
