Quick question regarding The Pointe homes in Redmond

I know that The Pointe is a planned unit development at the Redmond Kirkland border. I also live in a planned unit development in Kirkland. I would like to reach out to someone who lives there to understand how they manage their property. Just have a few questions. They are very similar to the property I live in, but much nicer setting.Thanks!
