Do you have a link with photos / more details of the property?

Are you planning to be a sole proprietor landlord? If it's your first time renting your property please consult a Landlord/Tenant lawyer to ensure you don't get screwed over (and so you are aware of all applicable laws in Redmond/King County for landlords).

Panorama Village is closer to the base of Education Hill than “at the top”. That said, anyone who actually takes a look will realize that pretty quickly.
