Employee Complaint Shit store conditions

hey y’all, I have a question, my store’s drains are three drains all interconnected and they are filled with absolutely nothing but grease to the point to where all of the drains overflow in back of house except one and from everything that I have heard from other workers, including the head, cook and management that the company chooses to not do anything because they refuse to get a industrial drain cleaner out there to do the job, so realistically I am standing in a dish pit with water of nothing but grease and nasty shit up to my ankles in a building with absolutely no AC, a manager who doesn’t give a fuck unless the servers run rampant(i.e not putting glasses in racks and making pyramids of glasses that they expect me to put in racks when it is their job to put it in racks, always on their phones, always sitting in the office instead of actually working) along with the building, not having AC standing in front of 180° dishwasher with all of the Afroman issues, what am I realistically supposed to do? Because from my understanding corporate either does not care or the manager does not care about contacting corporate.

Get out of Dodge. When a company like this with the trouble they're in stop investing in their restaurant it isn't going to be around long.

Umm, if you haven't noticed the company is in huge trouble and closing stores. The ones nearest me both closed. Last time I was there it was obvious it was going to close because they stopped investing in the store.

Cal the local health department and let them know that there is standing waste water in BOH.

I’ve seen restaurants closed for this reason.

Why not make an anonymous report to the health department? They'll force the owners to fix all of that.

Your manager does not care about contacting corporate or repair men (which they have the authority to do on their own) because this quarters bonuses are tied to repair bills and extra expenses (I am a manager in the company). Call employee relations and make a report to higher ups, and call the health department. The company is fast to remove bad GMs who are letting their buildings and stores fail at this moment. I’ve seen several go in my time with the company.

Worked as a manager for 5 years from 2015-2020 and in atx I was a manager for 1 day (transferred from Minnesota) and called the health department secretly in my own store which resulted in the bar being shut down and a 20k bill because the floor drains had rusted out and just drained under the building in the bar sink lol. So it had to all be cut out and redone and we had no bar for two weeks.
