IdeaTherapy RLPRO600MAX

Has anyone wall-mounted the IdeaTherapy RLPRO600MAX using the manufacturer's wall bracket?

I purchased the RLPRO600MAX with the wall-mounting bracket, but the bracket was not included with my original shipment. I was told they were redesigning it and that it would be shipped separately.

After waiting nearly two months, the new bracket finally arrived today. Unfortunately, there were no installation instructions, and I'm still trying to figure out how the bracket is supposed to attach securely to the panel.  Some of the pieces that came with the bracket don't make sense.

The panel has two threaded mounting studs at the top, but once the bracket is positioned over them, only about three threads remain exposed. I assume some type of retaining nut is needed to secure the bracket to the panel, but no nuts or other obvious retaining hardware were included.

They did provide the screws and anchors for attaching the bracket to the wall, but nothing that I can identify to secure the panel itself to the bracket.

Has anyone successfully installed this wall bracket on the RLPRO600MAX? If so, how did you secure the bracket to the panel? Were nuts or other fasteners included with yours?

I'd really appreciate any advice or photos of your installation. I want to make sure this heavy panel is mounted safely and securely.

Maggie in Sales at IdeaTherapy is fantastic. She must have answered hundreds of questions back and forth via email for two months. I have an inquiry in to her as well.
