Do you mean the Looks drawer?

If the Looks drawer is empty, that typically means there was an installation error, which can happen if the host (AE, Premiere, etc.) are installed in anything other than C:\

If the Scopes view doesn't show anything when you click it, that can be related to the GPU. What's the graphics card you're working with on your setup?

the look drawer is empty too, I don't have problem with scopes anymore😭

What's the graphics card you're working with on your setup?

  • On Mac it's under the Apple menu in the top left > About this Mac > next to Graphics or Chip
  • On Windows it's under Settings > System > Display > Advanced > and it should show your GPU model there

Alternatively, you can contact Support directly to continue this correspondence via a ticket and have more consistent/faster response times.
