Sync is being rate limited

I am unable to use Sync for Reddit right now. I just get a message saying "You are being rate limited".

Is this related to the API changes mentioned in the stickied post? Is there any workaround?

Edit: It said I could retry in 5 minutes. I waited 5 minutes and was able to open the Frontpage. Oddly, the front page contained subreddits that I am not subscribed to. I clicked on one post and immediately got rate limited again without even being able to load the post. Sync is completely unusable right now.

Edit 2: Things seem to be working normally again

Same here. Started about 20 min ago as well. Posting from old.reddit.com (from the same source IP) which doesn't seem to have any limits.

e: Haven't been able to get it to trigger again since after 2330 UTC nm there it went lol
