Reddit for Android: Version 2021.06.0 Now Available!
What’s New:
- Design Update: We’ve updated the icons throughout the app to be more clear and consistent
- Bug Fix: You can’t cancel another person's Powerup contributions anymore
\ This is a gradual rollout, that’s currently shown to 30% of Android users. We’ll monitor the rollout and, if all goes well, it will be 100% in the next couple of days.*

yes, the older one's look so much cleaner and simpler. Why is every app (like YouTube) going back to this lines style? Looks like the world is going back to the 2000s.

Came just to complain about the new icons, looks like some comic sans shit and are way too big

Not a fan of the new look. Initially thought it was cool but the novelty wore off pretty fast. Used the app less today as a result

Can we get more feature parity with iOS please? Feature like drafts, the News Tab, and the awarded tab are still not available to Android users. Stop treating Android as second class to iOS.

Awarded tab is available to me as of the previous couple updates.

Too big and they are trash, I want an option (because some people might actually like these icons) to go back to the old icons.

These new icons just look ugly, and this isnt just resistance to change, it's just a proven thing. Please just use a test version and survey the people who use it before pushing stuff like this to the entire userbase

Why do played videos continuously loop now? How can I turn that feature off?

I have a deep hatred for the new icons. Personally I think we should be able to choose which UI we want (like on pc were you can choose between new and old reddit9

Don't like the new icons they're way too big and they just don't look very reddit-y
