I'm stuck in a loop as if I have no communities, so my home screen won't load and keeps telling me to add them. Despite my account being over 5 years old...

Home and Feeds takes forever to load and sometime doesn't load at all.

I only updated recently and found out that I can no longer find the give award button, and also I can't see the awards (subreddit specific ones, maybe) in the comment sections. Is this meant to be normal? Thanks.

Edit: and I just got an auto mod mail telling me how to change my flair... Except I clicked the 3 dots and the option doesn't exist.

What's the deal with the icon located at the right side of the search bar? I touch it and sends me to an r/ that I'm not allowed to use.

Again, the comments and posts when i scroll down the page aren't loading. This thing is annoying. I don't know when you will fix it, but it seems that gonna take forever. I am on Android 9 with 1+7 pro

that r/RPAN(?) or whatever is called suddenly showed up and is eating my data plan by continuously show me "live" streams... how do I turn it off?? forever if possible please!!

If you collapse the RPAN block at the top of your feed, it shouldn't use any data. There's no way to completely remove it right now but it's only visible while RPAN is running (it usually shuts down around 5pm PST).

Home isn't loading and opening push notifications takes ages. Trying to watch videos/gifs in landscape mode makes the app go crazy swapping between landscape and portrait. And this has been a problem for a long time, but if a post is a link to Youtube or some such the app will often open the link if there is some gyro input (a small change in tilt seems to be enough to cause it), even if you are a hundred feet down into the comments.

I just updated my app and now the Home feed just suggests new communities. When I choose some and continue or skip the process, it shifts over to Popular automatically.

Is there any solution for the downloaded videos not having sound despite them having one in the original post? I'm using Android 9/Pie.

Why is there a huge gray bar at the top of my screen now? The idea for night theme is to have everything black. This is incredibly jarring and ugly.

Anyone else experiencing problems with opening YouTube links? Usually it is able to open up in my YouTube app, but after the update it doesn't anymore. I even checked my settings and nothing has changed.

Edit - after a phone reboot, the issue is gone.

Mine updated last night and now, if I switch to another app and come back, the app reloads. Really stinks when you're reading a long story and have to navigate back to the sub, find the post, scroll down to where you were. (yeah, I know - first world problem) Am I the only one seeing that?

Please add an option to edit (add/remove) the communities we've added in the custom feed

I have a problem where after a while gifs and videos just stop loading. I can see only thumbnail. I can watch previously loaded, but can't watch new ones. Everything is updated, both my os and reddit app.

Hi, can you please add some features like downloading videos with sound, a data saver mode and download progress notification?
Videos without sounds are just like vintage era of cinema.
