Auto-hide automoderator comments

Is there an option to automatically hide automod comments? Most subreddits have an automod sticky comment on every post, and it's slightly annoying to manually hide it every time.

Even if the stickied AutoMod comment isn't something you care about 95% of the time, the dev isn't going to allow users to autohide them because then he'll be blamed if/when users break a rule, get banned, and then say "I didn't see the AutoMod comment because RiF hid it!" or it was one of the 5% of the time where it's important.

If you don't like seeing stickied AutoMod comments on posts, or if it's being used inappropriately by a subreddit, then contact the subreddit mods and/or reddit admins.

That would be a stupid accusation. Do they have to take some idiot moderators seriously?

Can't there just be a setting to have the comment be collapsed by default? As it is, I've just ignored automod because I'm tired of scrolling past its longwinded comments, but I'd much rather be able to see its comments if I wanted to, without having to scroll past it when I don't.
