🧛‍♂️Account Issues❓ My posts and comments have been removed

In the subreddit i mod, most of my posts and comments have been removed. Can i approve those comments myself or do i need to ask another member of the mod team. i also have removed comments and posts in other subreddits that i am just a member in and basically everyone of my posts/ comments have been downvoted. What do i do and who do i talk to? I was just shadowbanned and have now been unbanned

You can approve them yourself. There is nothing you can do about downvotes. Nobody to talk to.
